Welcome to Inkd Pretty by Kateri (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking our permanent makeup services. By accessing or using our website and services, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment
1.1. To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable booking fee of $150 is required for initial and color boost procedures. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of the procedure.
1.2. Perfecting appointments will be charged $100 at the time of service.
1.3. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal as forms of payment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
2.1. A minimum of 72-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments.
2.2. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 72 hours will forfeit the nonrefundable booking fee.
2.3. To reschedule, an additional booking fee must be paid.
2.4. We do not allow guests or children in the procedure room.

Age Restriction
3.1. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive any of our services.

Refunds and Returns
4.1. We do not offer refunds or returns for any services rendered.

Ineligible Clients
5.1. The following clients are ineligible to receive our services:
a) Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
b) Clients under 18 years of age.
c) Clients with skin diseases near the area of the procedure.
d) Clients with viral infections.
e) Clients who are using or have recently used Accutane.
f) Clients with epilepsy.
g) Clients on medications that affect skin healing and blood clotting.

Website Use
6.1. We use Google Analytics to track website traffic but do not collect or sell any personal information.
6.2. You agree to use our website responsibly and not engage in any activities that may harm our website or compromise its security.
6.3. Any content, including text, images, or graphics, on our website is protected by copyright laws and may not be used without our permission.
